When you know something needs to happen, but you can’t quite see the way from here to there.

I’m Kathy Uhlik.

I work with business owners, founders, and interesting people doing interesting things who have an idea, project, opportunity or business challenge they need to make sense of.

Sometimes you need clarity, other times you just need a plan. And sometimes, you need someone who will roll up their sleeves and help you make the ‘thing’ happen.

That’s where I come in! Let’s map it out

Maybe you don’t need more advice

You might just want some help working out what happens next. Or you’ve got a great idea that’s been circling around in your head for months (or years!). You know that project that keeps getting pushed down the list because you don’t know where to start, and you certainly don’t have the time to figure it out.

Maybe there are new opportunities you want to explore, or an event you’ve been aching to create. Or you’ve got so many different ideas going on up there that you have no clue which you should look at first.

That’s what we call the ‘messy middle’, and it’s one of my favourite places to work!

From Chaos to Clarity

Bring me the messy version

It’s not often someone tells you to bring them the messy version!

Tell me what you’re trying to do, what’s getting in the way, what’s already been tried, what’s driving you mad, and what you’d really like to have happen.

I’ll ask questions, do research, challenge a few assumptions, connect some dots, and then together we’ll work out the way forward. You just need to be open, willing to share, and prepared to tread the path unknown.

Sometimes my role ends once we’ve got the map. And sometimes I stay on and help you bring everything to life.

What can we work on?

I’m so glad you asked!

I work best when there’s a problem to solve, something to create, an idea that needs turning into action.

Let’s talk!

Often the first useful conversation is simply about what’s happening in the business, what keeps landing back with you, and where things are getting stuck. From there, we can work out what I could own, coordinate, improve or help move forward.

Tell me what’s going on …
