Hi. I’m Kathy
Professional problem solver. Dot connector. Occasional devil’s advocate. Chaos Cartographer.
For almost 25 years I've worked alongside executives, business leaders, senior teams and boards.
I've been the person behind the scenes asking questions, anticipating what's coming, coordinating the moving parts and turning conversations into action.
It taught me a lot about judgement, about people, about trust, and about how much of business doesn't fit neatly into a job description. Today, I bring that experience to business owners and founders who have something they want to make happen.
My work can be strategic, operational, creative, and extremely practical. More often than not it's a combination of all four.

I've never been particularly interested in staying in one lane. I'm interested in businesses, people, wine, hospitality, events, places, ideas and what makes a great experience.
I like learning about industries I don't know. I like meeting people who know things I don't. And I'm endlessly curious about how people turn an idea into something real.
That curiosity is a fairly important part of how I work, because quite often, the answer isn't sitting inside the obvious box.
I look forward to treading a path together and exploring the great unknown!

That’s usually the first question. I don’t ask how many hours of support you need, or which package would you like. And I definitely don’t ask which tasks I can take off your plate.
I start with the outcome. I want to know what you’re trying to achieve, create, change, solve, explore. And then from there, we decide together what kind of involvement makes sense.

A focussed session to untangle an idea, project, opportunity or challenge and create a practical way forward.
Map + Make it Happen
Defined project work where I help shape the approach and stay involved to get it across the line.

An ongoing relationship for people who value having an experienced sounding board, problem solver, and trusted pair of hands available when something comes up.
